Another Halloween, another amazing costume! Heidi Klum, the reigning “Queen of Halloween,” dressed up as Jessica Rabbit for her annual Halloween bash at Lavo in NYC on Saturday, Oct. 31.
The Project Runway host made dramatic entrance into her own party, emerging into a spotlight from the dark to reveal her amazing costume, complete with crazy prosthetic breasts, a huge butt and awesome fake eyelids.
Getting totally into character, the model did a performance of Jessica Rabbit's famous song from Who Framed Rodger Rabbit?, performing the entire musical number in front of her guests and the press.
Klum shared images and videos of her entire transformation via Instagram late on Halloween night, detailing the painstaking process of attaching a prosthetic face, butt and breasts onto her slender form.See tweets after d cut.....
Talking to Us Weekly at the party, the mom-of-four revealed the process had taken a very long time!
"10 hours I think!," the German supermodel said of her prepartation process. "I started at 12 and I literally put my shoes on and got over here and it was what, 10:30?"
The hardest part of her prep? "Holding still," Klum revealed. "It's very hard for me to hold still—especially when you have to stand up. When they did the face I could sit, but then when the body was being glued on I had to stand for so many hours and that's kind of hard," she added.
Earlier this month, Klum teased her costume via Instagram in strange new photos and videos. “It’s almost time for my favorite holiday!” the blonde beauty wrote, alongside a snap of herself encased in a plaster-like molding with a horn-type of headpiece. “Costume prep time with the team at @prorenfx Can’t wait for Halloween!”
She followed up with numerous additional photos from the fitting session, which included a bucketful of paint covering her head and body. “So yucky but so worth it in the end,” she captioned.
Last year, the German supermodel, 42, was a psychedelic butterfly, completely covering her body with blue and green paint and donning colorful wings, along with antennas.
In previous years, the Project Runway host has gone as an old woman, a gorilla, an over-the-top Cleopatra, a giant apple, a Hindu goddess, and Lady Godiva -- complete with a horse!
