Dagrin,remembered 5 years on

Five years ago, the entertainment industry was thrown into mourning when Olaitan Oladapo Olaonipekun, aka 'Dagrin' was pronounced dead, exactly eight days after he was involved in a ghastly motor accident in front of Alakara police station, off Agege motor road, Mushin Lagos.

Dagrin, at the 26 died on thursday April 22, 2010 at the Lagos state teaching hospital LUTH and was buried on friday April 30 2010 at the Ebony millennium vault, Atan cemetery.
Celebs posted on their instagram and twitter handles as they remember his passing.All around Lagos yesterday you could hear his music blaring from various speakers.
Dagrin had three videos,titled: kilowale,rap rules and Ponponpon which is the most popular.
He also had two Albums, tiltled:Still on the matter and Chief executive omiota., He had three nominations at the Hip hop world awards.
