MTV Movie Awards 2015 Nominees Revealed!

Roll out the red carpet...again! The Oscars may be over, but awards season lives on in the 2015 MTV Movie Awards. The network revealed its nominees for the big event on Wednesday, March 4 -- and suffice it to say, this is not just any old awards show.
While Oscar-nominated films like Boyhood, Birdman, and American Sniper are among the honorees, crowd-pleasers like Guardians of the Galaxy, The Fault in Our Stars, Neighbors, and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 get top billing. Guardians, FiOS, and Neighbors lead the pack with seven nominations each, followed by 22 Jump Street and Whiplash, both of which are up for five buckets of golden popcorn.See full list after the cut....

As in years past, the MTV Movie Awards will feature traditional categories including Movie of the Year, Best Female Performance, and Best Male Performance. The real draw, though, is the inclusion of more, say, unique awards, like Best Scared-As-S--t Performance, Best Shirtless Performance, Best Fight, Best WTF Moment, and the ever-popular Best Kiss, which usually results in some GIF-worthy on-stage lip-locking.

Check out the full list of nominees below, and tune into the show on Sunday, April 12, at 8 p.m. You can cast votes for your favorite films beginning March 4.
