She stars opposite handsome Jeremy Renner in the latest big screen adaptation of Brothers Grimm fairytale, Hansel and Gretel but Gemma Arterton was getting far more attention from her co-star Peter Stormare at the Los Angeles movie premiere on Thursday night.
The British star was treated to hugs, kisses and what looked like a marriage proposal.
Dropping down on his knees the Swedish actor held his hands together in prayer while Gemma watched with mirth. Clearly there was a private joke between the pair as Peter is married with three kids, and the London based actress tied the knot with her sales manager husband Stefano Catelli in 2010. Rather than be embarrassed by the public show of affection, Gemma laughed it off, soon getting back to working the red carpet.
